			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Junta De Andalucia announced a new scheme last week to try and improve the purchase of new promotions throught the region.</p>
<p>The scheme assists individuals dependant upon their own financial circumstances. The banks supporting the new development will offer to prospective buyers up to 100% of the purchase price of the property. However should the bank only offer 80% for example, the Junta will offer a &#8220;top up&#8221; of between 9,000 &#8211; 15,000 and finance on this amount will only be paid on half the monthly payments for up to 3 years. </p>
<p>Thereafter, the amount financed by the Junta can be added to the value of the loan. The Junta are promoting the idea that the loan will be no more than an individual would pay for purchasing a Car!</p>
<p>The scheme covers 4,100 properties that are owned by promoters and 13,200 properties that are now owned by the banks.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The counselor of Agriculture and Fisheries Board, Clara Aguilera in Granada yesterday signed the agreement for the creation of seven groups that are responsible for fisheries development to encourage diversification in the sector, which will total an grant of 24 million euros for the whole Andalusian coast. Of this amount 40% was  received yesterday, divided proportionally among the groups given fish production revenues, the development of the fleet and the number of persons employed in this sector in each of the provinces which will have a development group, except for Cadiz and Almeria.</p>
<p>The Group of fisheries development in Granada will be 2.4 million euros to promote the diversification and sustainability of fisheries. The aim is that now that &#8220;the fisheries are increasingly depleted,&#8221; people who have been working in the fisheries sector can continue to do in new shares aquaculture or tourism, for example. The counselor said that with the creation of these developers are beginning a new phase in which the groups will be responsible for managing the European Fisheries Fund, which has been allocated until 2013. Aguilera said that a policy is already known in the rural areas where there are development groups.</p>

<p>Last Sunday 29th March 2009 the party was in action. The day started out in La Mamola on the Costa Tropical coastline with a team of cyclists leaving from in front of the newly built Town Hall (Ayuntamiento) up to the mountain village of Polopos. The cyclists really had a challenge with the 16km route of which 10km was up steep winding roads.</p>
<p>Later in the day the festivities began, there were a number of stalls all  selling typical Andalucian products, a large paella, dancing with a live band and most importantly a free wine fountain which was erected in the centre of the village.</p>
<p>A good day was had by all! Check out the You Tube video of the event.</p>
