La Casa:-
The casa is located in the heart of the old town which has
been fought over by Phoenicians, Romans and Arabs. It is close to "El
Castillo Arabe" (the arab castle) which was a known fortification since
the 10th century, situated in the area known as "Paseo de las
flores" which is where the first known settlers in Salobrena lived.
It is within easy walking distance of all the attractions of the old town from
El Castillo Arabe to the museum and the 16th century Mudejar style church and
yet also only a 10-15 minute walk to either of the beaches of Playa Guardia or
Playa Penon.
It has been recently refurbished and refurnished, with 2 double bedrooms and 1
single bedroom. It is tiled throughout. The bedroom on the terrace is
en-suite. There is one other family bathroom and a toilet and shower on the
ground floor. It has a large lounge area with separate dining room and
kitchen. The terrace is large and sunny with a barbeque and has beautiful
views of the Sierra Nevada.
There are many bars and restaurants both in the old town and in the main town
and beach front. The shops are a 5 minute walk away or you can venture further
afield by car to Motril, Almunecar or the beautiful city of Granada.
Close to the casa you will find beaches, sailing, water skiing, boat hire,
wind surfing, cycling, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a
zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, good restaurants and a supermarket.
Prices:-
- July, August and September, 500 Euros per week.
- Christmas, New Year and Easter, 500 Euros per week.
- April, May, June and October, 425 Euros per week
- Remainder of the year, 350 Euros per week.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable two
months before the booking begins. A 250 Euros security deposit will be
collected on arrival.
