Costa Tropical Properties C.B.

COSTA TROPICAL PROPERTIES C.B. - NO.1 ON GOOGLE,YAHOO & MSN are an experienced business operating in the area, and have had almost a decade of experience in dealing with new, re-sale and land opportunities that has been made available to ourselves in this region.

The Costa Tropical of Southern Spain, as featured on more than one occasion on Channel 4's A Place In The Sun, is probably the last remaining un-spoilt Costa in Southern Spain, and to this day is still a traditional agricultural working area. Due to it's unique micro-dry climate and over 320 days of sun per year, it can also boast an average year round temperature of 20 degrees. This region benefits from being able to boast "the healthiest climate in Europe and second in the world", as stated by the World Health Organisation, who also stated: "almost as perfect an environment as is possible to obtain."

The Costa Tropical (originally known as the Costa del Sol East) was so named due to the varied array of tropical fruits grown in this region, these include bananas, kiwis, sugar cane, mangos, custard apples, papayas to name but a few, even saffron can be found growing wild.Sitting slap bang in between the over commercialised Costa del Sol to the West, and the equally glitzy Costa Almeria to the East and less than 80 km in length, the Costa Tropical coastline is a far cry from these more familiar Costas. Tapas (free small portions of food) are still given free with beer and wine in most of the local bars.

The Granada region of Andalucia is still a relatively undiscovered area of Spain, and is steeped in history, yet is still able to retain its very traditional Spanish roots. Offering the rare combinations of the rugged mountains dropping into the warm Mediterranean seas of the Costa Tropical, pretty & friendly coastal fishing villages, quiet beaches (26 in total), secluded coves, and the contrasting historic white Alpujarras villages nestled to the North in the stunning mountains, all with the back drop of the mighty Sierra Nevada mountains and ski resort. There must be few places in the world where you can ski 3000m above sea level in the morning, and return to sea level and sunbathe or swim in the afternoon.
